Simulation Manager Troubleshooting

If you see the following text in the Simulation Manager "Message" column

Failed to Download E+

Then the probable cause is an internet connection failure that might be caused by a firewall, antivirus or network proxy blocking DBJobServer.exe from accessing the internet to download the Energyplus executable.

Firewall issues can usually be resolved by enabling the DBJobServer.exe process to access the internet. For network proxy issues you will need to contact your network admininstrator.
