LEPORT platform access is no longer available

The LEPORT platform access has been disabled for v6 software since this beta implementation is not supported anymore. DesignBuilder v6.1.5 (and later versions) includes a new reporting tool that creates the LEED submission spreadsheet directly without the need for any intermediate web tools.
