‘Pay as you go’ Licence Service To Be Retired Due to changes in the way that EPCs are generated in recent versions of SBEM, we are unfortunately no longer able offer a ‘pay as you go’ (PAYG) licence option, and the latest DesignBuilder v6.1.8 does not support PAYG licences. If you still have PAYG credits remaining that you would like to use, please note that you will be able to continue to use DesignBuilder v6.1.7 (which still supports PAYG) until 31 January 2021. After this time the PAYG service will be withdrawn entirely and any remaining credits you may have will no longer be usable. Annual licence holders are unaffected by this change and should upgrade to v6.1.8 immediately.
