"Abnormal Energyplus termination- please contact DesignBuilder Support" If you are receiving this message while running a simulation then the issue may be with a file on your installation. To fix this pease delete all files inside the EnergyPlus folder at your user AppData space - This directory can be accessed from DB menu File>Folders> EnergyPlus folder and try to run the simulation again. The folder location should be C:\Users\"your username" \AppData\Local\DesignBuilder\EnergyPlus\ Please contact DesignBuilder support team if you need more assistance. | |
