DesignBuilder doesn't open with laptop screen closed

Issue: If the laptop screen is closed, DesignBuilder won't open. As soon as we open the laptop screen, DesignBuilder works again. Solution: 1. Confirm that DesignBuilder is set to run with the high spec GPU by following the steps described on the link below: How to check if the computer has a dedicated graphics card ? 2. Disable the integrated graphics card and keep the dedicated graphics card enabled resolves this issue. | |
