Please note that only registered users are able to submit a support ticket through our system. If you don't have a registered account on our Support Desk, we kindly ask you to create one by following this link: Support Desk Account Creation.

Please keep in mind that the Support Desk operates on a separate platform, and your DesignBuilder login credentials will not work here. You will need to create a dedicated Support Desk account in order to submit your questions and receive assistance.

To submit a ticket, please log in to your Support Desk account using the panel located on the left side of the main page. You can access the Support Desk by visiting the following URL: Support Desk.




Then Submit a Ticket option will be displayed.





If you have purchased your license through a DesignBuilder reseller, we kindly request that you reach out to your reseller directly for any support questions. They will be able to assist you more effectively with your specific needs.
