Unable to login on Legacy Kayako Support Desk account

If you experience problems with your login at the Designbuilder Support Desk page then you may need to clear your browser cache and browsing data.


To clear your cache, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete,  select options to clear browsing data, and restart your browser.


The following keystrokes will reload the page and override the cache:

  • Chrome: Shift + F5
  • Firefox:  Shift + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
  • Internet Exporer: Ctrl + F5
