Locating Zones and Blocks in the Context of the Building

Have you ever wondered how to obtain a quick visual indication of the location of the current block or zone in the context of the rest of the building or block? The Surrounding Block/Zone Display tool provides a convenient way to do just that by displaying surrounding building elements in wire-frame form to provide the necessary context. Simply click on the toolbar icon when at block or building level, or select the ‘Surrounding Block/Zone’ Display option from the Display tab of the Model options dialog. 
 
The Surrounding Block/Zone Display tool is one of many model view tools available in DesignBuilder that can be used to help speed up and improve your modelling workflow.
