The 'No data' message can be displayed when the simulation is completed successfully but no data is available for the current selection. A common reason is that the data is not available for the selected interval but is available for other intervals. For example, if only hourly data was generated but you have selected Daily results you will see the 'No data' message.
If you continue to see the "No data" message when trying to display the results then please open the Regional format at Windows Settings and change the "Long time" format to match the one shown in the image below.
Then re-run the hourly simulation and the hourly results should now be displayed.
