This error message can be generated after a simulation when the Include unoccupied zones in block and building totals and averages output options are left unchecked no zones in the model are occupied. In this case, the building has zero occupied floor area and it is impossible to calculate average temperatures etc and the error is generated. To avoid the error you should either check the 'Include unoccupied zones...' option or set one or more zones to be occupied.
