How to monitor seats usage in site licenses

To monitor the computer usage of your site license seats please follow the steps below.

1. Open a web browser, on a machine connected to the same local network that your server hosting the license is running,

2. In the address bar type in the name of the server followed by :5054  
for example server_name:5054 or server_ipaddress:5054

3. Next click the Status button on the left-hand side of the screen

4. Click License Usage on the table that will be displayed

5. Click Get License Usage button.

By default, all modules are requested but each user can select the modules he needs and release the other seats to the server pool.
This is done at the Licenses Manager dialog ( Help > License) by unticking the modules Use column.
