The new NEAP version for Ireland (5.7b) uses the BER Primary Energy Threshold (kWh/m²year) to determine the rating. The threshold depends on the building type (sector), and the ratings run from A0 to G:

To ensure the correct BER, the Building Sector in the Model Options must match the building being assessed. From DesignBuilder v6.1.9 the Building Sector is used directly by the BER calculation.
For C2 Hospitals and Care Homes, DesignBuilder V6.1.9 does not have a separate class. However, users can proceed with C2 Hospitals and Care Homes:

When uploading the inp file into the InpBridge software, users will have to choose the correct building sector:
