When trying to uninstall DesignBuilder v6 (or a more recent version) the following error is displayed:
"C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."
Then this issue is probably caused by Windows 10 while uninstalling the software via Windows Settings => Apps & Features.
The alternative will be to uninstall DesignBuilder v6 using 'Windows Control Panel' => 'Uninstall a Program'.
