There could be some cases where you are not able to uninstall an old DesignBuilder version (v5.0 or older) and it may be required to manually run the uninstaller.
DesignBuilder can be manually uninstalled by running the InstallShield "Setup.exe" file from:
C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information\{9C306D70-8A6C-11D5-8CDF-00D0B78FC575}
If it is not in that location then please try the following location:
C:\Users\"YourUsername"\AppData\Roaming\InstallShield Installation Information\{9C306D70-8A6C-11D5-8CDF-00D0B78FC575}
You will need to have admin rights and show all hidden folders.

To show hidden folders:
On Windows 7 and Windows 8:
From an Explorer window:
i) Organize -> Folder and Search Options
ii) Click the view tab
iii) Select "Show hidden files, folders and drives"
iv) Click Ok.
On Windows 10:
From an Explorer window:
i) Click the View tab
ii) Select "Hidden items"
