Run-time error '9': subscript out of range

If you are running a MAC, you must restart Windows on the virtual machine.

If you are running on a Windows machine restart your pc. 


If the issue persists then, please try to clear the user library Data folder to confirm if there is a file that may have become unstable.

Please follow the steps below to clear the DesignBuilder library Data folder in the user's local space (AppData).

1. If you haven't done so already, set your Folder Options so you can see hidden files, folders, and drives:
- In Windows 10, from an Explorer window:
i) Navigate to 'View' 
ii) Select "Hidden items"

- In Windows 11,
i) Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
ii) Select View > Show > Hidden items.

2. With DesignBuilder closed, navigate to:
C:\Users\"YOUR_USERNAME"\AppData\Local\DesignBuilder\Data

3. Delete the Data folder

4. Restart your computer before starting a new DesignBuilder session
Restarting the machine is important to clear the issue that might be stored in memory.

5. Start your pc and a new DB session.
