Unable to login on Support Desk account

If you experience problems with your login at Designbuilder Support Desk page then you may need to clear your browser cache and browsing data.

To clear your cache, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete,  select options to clear browsing data, restart your browser.

The following key strokes will reload the page and override the cache.

Chrome: Shift + F5

Firefox:  Shift + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R

Internet Exporer: Ctrl + F5
