How to Submit a ticket

Only registered users can submit a support ticket.

If you don’t already have a registered account on the Support Desk, please create one here

Please note that the Support Desk runs on a different platform and your DesignBuilder login is not valid here.
You will need to create a support desk account to submit your questions. 

To submit a ticket please login first at your Support Desk account using the panel at left side of the main page.

Then Submit a Ticket option will be displayed.

If you have purchased your licence through a DesignBuilder reseller then please send your support question directly to your reseller.

How to check my ticket status?

The best way to check your ticket status is to log into the Support Desk and view My Tickets. If you haven't received an answer by email then please login to your Support Desk account to check the ticket status as email can sometime be blocked by email providers.

Recovering your password

We have upgraded the Support Desk system and it now has a separate login from

If you used our support desk before you will already be registered on this system and all your support tickets have been imported. However your password could not be transferred during the upgrade and you will have to reset it before you can log in.

To reset your password click on the 'lost password' link and fill in the form. A password reset message will be sent to your email address immediately. Click on the link in the email message and you will be able to enter a new password for your support desk account.

Note that your login at will be the same as before. The new password only applies to this support desk.
