Purchasing, Obtaining a Quotation and Renewing DesignBuilder licences

Follow the steps below for:
1. Register on our website and login (if you're not already registered and logged in). 2. Select the software licenses you require by first clicking on Buy DesignBuilder button on the Home or Products pages of our website.
3. Select the products you wish to order. You can order perpetual and annual subscription licences. The licences can be either 'Single user' or 'Site network and seats'. 4. If you have a discount voucher code (for educational use for example) enter this on the first Checkout page and click on the Submit Voucher button.
5. If you prefer to pay later by bank transfer select the DesignBuilder Invoice option on the Payment method page. 6. If you prefer to pay by credit/debit card now then choose the SagePay option.
7. If you are generating a quotation then choose the DesignBuilder Quotation option.
8. If you require a purchase order number to be included, send the purchase order by e-mail to DesignBuilder sales and we will attach the number to the invoice.
9. You can obtain a PDF of the quotation, including purchase order number if provided, by clicking on Your Order History under the User Menu on the left hand side of the website (you must be logged in to see your orders). You can also use Your Order History to pay by credit card for orders based on previous quotations or invoices.
10. Contact us for bank details etc if you plan to pay by bank transfer.
11. Once we receive payment the license activation code is released by e-mail. Please let us know when you have paid so that we can release the keys promptly.
12. Software delivery is by Internet download only and there are no physical goods shipped and hence no delivery charges. In case of questions and/or problems contact DesignBuilder sales. Updated 17.08.2020
