This data corresponds to the 'Rating with Improvements' data entered on the calculation options dialog. To obtain this data you should copy the actual model (to a different dsb file) apply the recommendations, note the rating with these measures applied then re-run the actual model entering this rating as the 'Rating with Improvements' on the calculation options dialog.

When this rating is not entered you will see ?? written in the EPC.
