In Windows 10 and 11 machines, users must have .NET framework 2 (or 3.5 which includes 2) for Glaser diagrams to be displayed.
This can be enabled from the Windows Features dialog:
You may need to download and install .NET 3.5 manually from Microsoft webpage if its not available on Windows.
If the .NET option is already selected then please untick then press OK. Then open the Windows Features and select the option again.
You will need to start a new DesignBuilder session.
