Server Licenses (SL) require manual processing by the DesignBuilder Support team.
Procedure:
1. Ask your IT team to contact the Support Desk or email us to supportdesk@designbuilder.co.uk
2. Include the following information in the request:
- Your license code
- Confirmation of whether the same server will continue to be used or if it will be replaced
3. The Support team will then guide through the process of upgrading and reactivating your server license.
The new release software needs to be installed on the client machine but no license changes are required if the same server host is used.
