Why are doors not reported in the BRUKL report?

Why does the building fail on Criterion 2, Walls or Floors, when all the external constructions are correctly insulated?

Ground Floor U-values in Criterion 2 of Part-L BRUKL report

Vehicle Access and Personnel Doors will only be shown under Criterion 2 of the BRUKL report if they are positioned in conditioned zones, i.e. zones that are heated.

This will also apply to other constructions on the external boundary of the building (walls, floors, glazing):

if the zone is heated they will be included in the BRUKL Fabric Table.
If the zone is not heated then they will not be included
