Recovering your password

We have upgraded the Support Desk system and it now has a separate login from www.designbuilder.co.uk|
If you used our support desk before you will already be registered on this system and all your support tickets have been imported. However your password could not be transferred during the upgrade and you will have to reset it before you can log in.
To reset your password click on the 'lost password' link and fill in the form. A password reset message will be sent to your email address immediately. Click on the link in the email message and you will be able to enter a new password for your support desk account.
Note that your login at www.designbuilder.co.uk will be the same as before. The new password only applies to this support desk.
